Christmas Returns Policy
- All orders placed in December have an extended returns policy till January 31st.
We hope this will give you peace of mind to give something special to that motorcycle enthsiast. We know that motorbike helmets, clothing and boots can be difficult on sizing and style so have no worries about returning your order for either a refund / exchange.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, whether it is the wrong size, wrong style, or not as expected you are able to return your order to us within 30 days of delivery. We are happy to provide an exchange or full refund of the products you send back to us.
To be accepted back to us please ensure the product is unused and with all tags, stickers or manuals included or attached. If any of this criteria is not met you may be liable to a 20% restocking fee or refusal of your return. If in doubt please contact us at 01424 272121 or at email@example.com
How to return your order:
To request for part of / all of your order to be returned please log into your account and and request a returns number (RMA). To do this log in to your account, then go to “completed orders”. This will then show you all of your completed orders and you will be able to select the order / items to be returned. Your request will then be processed by our team and you will receive an RMA number which will need to be marked on the returning package and returns form. You will then be notified when your parcel has been received back and how it is being processed.
Please note you are responsible for your own delivery costs back to us. For your own security and peace of mind we recommend the parcel to be sent back with a form of tracking so you can confirm it has arrived with us. Bolt Bikes does not accept responsibility for returned goods which are damaged or lost in transit.
If we have delivered any items incorrectly or they are damaged when you have received them then we will be responsible for getting the goods back to us, please contact us on 01424 272121 or at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we received your goods back we will check them over and then process your return. If you require an exchange we will send this back out to you free of charge* for the first time, if you require more exchanges then this will be charged accordingly. If you have asked for a refund on your order, this will be processed within 30 days, but this is normally done within just a few days. The refund will be processed back by the method in which you originally paid.
*This is free of charge to UK Mainland only. If you are anywhere else there may be an additional postage charge back out to you. If you are unsure please contact us and we can advise you accordingly.
